The mission of the successful candidate will be to spearhead the development of a Unity-based cutting-edge Apple Vision Pro experience that blurs the lines between imagination and reality. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with an animation lead, designers, product managers, and world-class AI / ML engineers, to bring to life ideas that were only recently considered impossible.
- Lead the development and implementation of our innovative app on Apple Vision Pro in Unity, by utilizing your expertise to craft immersive user experiences.
- Collaborate with our animation lead, tech specialists, and engineering team to develop Unity animation plugins to work with and to improve our animation pipeline.
- Collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of mixed reality elements.
- Optimize app performance and user experience for various devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Unity and mixed reality technology.
- Push the boundaries of technology to create the extraordinary.

- Solid experience in Unity development.
- An understanding of Unity trigger events to incorporate external C# scripts/methods.

- Knowledge of Unity animation editor, animation trees, blend states, etc.
- Experience with animation systems (Unity or elsewhere), including keyframe-based animation, and (ideally) motion-matching as well. (Extra bonus points for experience with Learned Motion Matching!)
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into practical solutions.
