What you will do

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge Mixed Reality and AI products. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting comprehensive tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement QA/QC Strategy:

Design, develop, and implement a robust quality assurance and quality control strategy for our Mixed Reality and AI products
Establish testing frameworks, methodologies, and processes to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Test Planning and Execution:

Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing.
Execute tests, analyze results, and identify defects, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of issues to the development team.

Automated Testing:

Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
Continuously enhance automated test suites to cover new features and functionalities.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.
Communicate effectively to cross-functional teams regarding testing status, issues, and recommendations.

Bug Tracking and Documentation:

Utilize bug tracking systems to log, monitor, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle.
Document test results, defect reports, and overall quality assurance status for management and stakeholders.

Performance Optimization:

Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize product performance.
Work closely with the development team to address performance-related issues and enhance product efficiency.

What you need to succeed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with a focus on at least one of these following types of product: mobile, iOS application, Mixed Reality, or AI products.
Proficient in using QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and experience with both manual and automated testing.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing processes, and defect life cycle.
Experience in performance testing and optimization
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

And you would do even better if you have:

ISTQB – Certified
Agile software development practices
Have knowledge with CI/CD, TDD, BDD
Have knowledge with APIs, micro-services or mobile app testing
Having MR, AR, VR experience
Unity development knowledge
