- Own the creation and publication of high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, various online user communities, etc., while staying up-to-date on social media best practices and tools.
- Work closely with senior leadership and the Product team to ensure marketing content supports business objectives and builds our strategy of social media presence and community engagement.
- Use various analytics tools to track the performance of marketing and community engagement efforts, and present findings and insights to inform decision-making with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with social influencers, monitor and engage with users in social media channels and online communities, and keep track of competition and AR activities.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Social Community Management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in social media management and marketing content creation tools.
- Creativity and the ability to craft engaging and shareable content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from various social media analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in English, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
